My reservation is at 11:40. I was there late and they change it to 1:10. But then nick said someone will help me later. I waited 40 minutes but no body help me. Nick left so then I talk to an hairy guy about my resveration but that guy said I have to wait until 1:10. Luckily, nick came back and told somebody to help me.
Amazing staff!! We were shopping for an i pad, and the team member ( Sheila) helping us, we had a question that her supervisor could assist us, she got the manager (Alan) for us and he was the sweetest, most helpful, courteous manager you could wish to chat with. Both team members : super helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous . Five stars !
Amazing Staff! The absolute best place to buy Apple products in the city. Try out the iOS app and check yourself out when buying accessories. Great teaching programs as well. They handle iPhone sales with ease and I recommend coming here instead of going to AT&T or Verizon.

The person I talked to over the phone was arrogant and rude. I used to be awed by the level of service and professionalism of Apple retail associates. Unfortunately, like many aspects of Apple today, they take customers for granted,while delivering less innovation and service.
