Terrible service last night. Waitress ordered the wrong dish, Had to wait proper dish to be served, husband finished his. When correct meal arrived the portion of fish was like a 1/2 of another guest and falling apart. Basically a 22.00 meal of a few veggies and 1/2 portion of the fish. Very very disappointed. Mentioned to the waitress, and she had the manager - Adam - come over. I explained how my meal order was taken wrong, second dish was like paying 22.00 for a few potatoes and a smashed up piece of fish. the manager did not offer much more than calamari.. yet who wants an appie after what was to be supper. I ended up asking for a salad, as I was hungry. Salad was supposed to be a very good one, yet no dressing, a few peaches and nuts. dry salad.. What was truly amazing is that the manager never came back, would not comp a tea, coffee, desert or a glass of wine.. nothing. My husband had to sit and wait this all out.. The Manager basically stayed away, the young waitress did the same. my husband and I are quite people and it was hard for me let them know in the first place our problems with their Service. This is the First time in my life we did not tip. I never complain,.. however what terrible service if you have a problem.. Adam the manager does not know how to take care of customer at all.. will not be back again. Once they mix up they run from any type of customer accommodations to keep the customer happy. very sad to be there last night. many other options out there.

I have been eating at this place for several years now... We save this place for taking friends and relatives from out of town out for dinner. I love the outdoor patio with the lovely flower baskets that are a wonderful tribute to out beautiful city. It is so special sitting out amongst them and enjoying the delightful flavors that the chefs here prepare for us. I always order their Tuscan special menu... I have never been embarrassed nor disappointed. They are careful about food allergies and always check with the chefs to make sure before placing the order. The staff are friendly and don't hover. The food is fresh and timely. Always seasoned properly. We are even going to their brunch on Sunday. Prices can bee seen online so no surprises... but in my honest opinion... there is value for your money...

Consistently exceed our expectations for a modest price. Excellent and attentive service guaranteed. We have been eating there from the beginning and have never been disappointed.

Good food value for the Tuscan menu. Very noisy at dinner time. Nice servers.

Good food and a great experience. I really enjoy the three course menu options. I have gone many times and only have had positive experiences.
