Used to be my go to place for sushi. Service and food quality has gone downhill. Was a hot day, asked for water from our server. After being patient, asked another server and then the original server came out with our waters, sorry sorry. Okay. Then my miso and side salad came. Were good, while my starving companion waited for her bowl of rice and veggie dish. After waiting 40 minutes for some of our food arrived (rice, tempura, sauteed veggies), all was cold, by that point we had had it, told a server we were leaving, told to wait a second, so we waited, manager arrived, told again by the manager to wait, he then decided he would charge us for the side salad and miso soup a total of $7, and ask us to pay for sushi that we never ate. At that point, I said it was best that he take care of the bill tonight. Very uncomfortable experience and will not be returning.

Tempura was cold and disgustingly oily. You think that the tempura would come out hot because everyone at the table ordered it, however everyone's was cold. Floors to the bathroom were appalling sticky. Very bad experience, food made me sick. DON'T GO! The only reason this restaurant has a half decent rating is because the good reviews were made by fake accounts, look at Fred Gibbard's and Jasmine Ma's profile they have only given one review in their history of using google.. that's a fake account. I reported their comments for conflict of interest and I reported there accounts. You should do the same.

The service is terrible. My tempura prawns might have been cooked last week. The ones at fujiya for $5 would have been better. My girlfriends beef teriyaki was colder than most dead people. If your looking for a refill of tea think again. The server also didn't seem to know how to fill up a cup of water either. $50 bucks for a horrible attempt at a meal. The garbage can the food got dumped in just gave his notice. I gave this place a one rating but all I've been doing is number two!

Very fast service and always delicious! My partner and I absolutely love the rice with brown sauce. The only downside was the door that kept opening and bringing in a chill.

I always try to see the good side of the situation. In this case it will be only about the place. Really nice and fancy but the food is not the best. But i can not talk about all the food, i only ate sushi and was no good, is expensive by the way. I was lucky to have the server who was good and fast.
