have you tried to phone this??? this is the worst answering system I have ever used and that is saying something. if I cant call and ask if they have something I am not about to shop there. you need to change this or you will lose a lot of customers and that will include me!!!!!!!!!
Have used the business centre (printing/photo/laminate) services 4 times over 3 years, helpful and efficient each time. No waits like the Vancouver store, we are lucky here. Impressed with the flyers they produced for my advertising.
Impossible to get through on the phone to Technology! After holding through two sequences of menu selections it asks for your remote access code??!! What is that?
Frustrating. The reps in the photocopy area will often spend 20 seconds explaining to me that they don't have the time to fit in my 20-second job. This is with nobody waiting, and the machine I need not in use. So I have to make a second trip to pick up my plastic-coated sheet. ***shakes head*** Hate this.
harassed by staff and they are selling 2010 MacBooks at 2014 prices. customers don't know about this… now they do.
