My friends and I liked this joint. the food was very good and the beer was even better. Nice variety of freshly brewed beers. I did not have time to try them all so I'll be back !
Good beer, nice atmosphere, but they burnt my flatbread. The replacement was a little less burnt, but there was no compensation and it ruined my lunch (I was with 3 other people). I will look for other places to take visitors.
Very good fish and chips and I really like the location. Awesome staff by the way. ;-)
Fantastic place, suspiciously not very busy. I think it might not be advertised very well. We found it via Google maps. Very top notch brewpub. Food was fantastic, as were the drinks. Hand made burgers always set a place above the competition. Season for the patio was just about over, and the heaters didn't work. That was going to be a negative until we were told they had blankets if we were cold! My wife grabbed one and we had a great dinner with her bundled up against the wind like it was home.
Espresso stout was great... food was OK, not great. Had a steelhead entree.. Was a little dry and over cooked, beans were doused in butter (I lover butter... But even I found it too much...) I'd come back for the beer, but that's about it. Also, if you're picky about ambiance, take note that Thursday night has live music and lots of drunk university aged kids... Didn't really bother me, but others might be put off.
