Jester King Brewery
Reviews
I visited Jester King on a Sunday afternoon. I recommend getting there early as the place gets very busy. There are lots of trees for share and picnic tables to sit at and try the beers. They have lots of very interesting beers brewed there but they also have a large selection of beers, ciders and wines from other local places. We also took our dogs so I can say for sure it is dog friendly. I will go back. You can also get some very good pizza at Stanley;s Farmhouse Pizza. A great destination for a weekend outing.
Beautiful TX hill country experience outdoors on picnic tables. They have an amazing tasting room, and their beer is amazing. Don't check it out if rare and highly sought after authentic farmhouse beer fresh from the source isn't your thing.
Afternoons and evenings at Jester King are so great, that they're almost magical. I definitely recommend bringing a group of friends and enjoying some farmhouse brews in the Texas Hill Country. Their beers are unique and have great aromas and lots of flavor. They offer a wide variety, not only of their own beer, but from places like Belgium and Japan. Plan to spend the day. They're kid and pet friendly, and their neighbor, Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza, is a great option for lunch or dinner.
A little slice of heaven .. filled with some of the best brew in town. Farmhouse pizza on site, it's honestly like you are dreaming. It's affordable and amazing. It's literally like a small festival every day it's open to the public. Don't miss it during Austin Beer week. The time is a coming folks! Namaste
My favorite brewery in central Texas. The sour beer is so different than anything else brewed in Texas and has my favorite unique taste. By far my favorite type of beer and I am willing to splurge to get as much as possible to take home with me. I always get very excited if I see one of their beers on a menu. The actual brewery location is beautiful and surrounded by fields and wilderness. It is perfect and serene while you are drinking great beer. There is also great pizza served there. Free tours of the brewery are given throughout the day and are very interesting and educational. Fun games and art are provided. I always bring out of town visitors to this brewery! HIGHLY recommended.
