This is by far one of the slowest Starbucks I've been to! We actually go out of our way to the further one on Escarpment. The drive there and quick service is still faster than this location. Our drinks taste much better from the Escarpment location too. Sitting in the driveway behind 3 cars has now taken 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!!
Best Starbucks in Austin or surrounding area! Cameron, Justin, Vanessa, and the rest of the crew (sorry I don't know your name!) Best customer service and friendliest people around!
This is a really well run Starbucks. The morning drive through folks are always super friendly and my drink has always been right...except for once. I parked, went inside, explained the mistake, and I got my drink replaced AND my money back for the inconvenience. Another morning, I pulled up to the window and Could not find my debit card ANYWHERE and i had no cash. The mgr handed me my drink and said, just pay for it next time. When I came back a few days later and tried to pay, the mgr remembered me and said, really, don't worry about it. It feels much more like a 'local' place than any other chain coffee place in town.
It is a well run shop, but too small. The music is too loud, too new wave, too much. How is it a refuge? How can anyone concentrate and work on their computer with the music. I dread the holidays with the xmas/holiday music.
