Dunkin' Donuts
Reviews

I travel to State College for work every 6 moths or so. I get a ride to work, and stay in a budget hotel without breakfast, so Dunkin Donuts is one of only 2 breakfast options that I have within walking distance of the office. During the last 4 trips, over the last two years, I have been here exactly 16 times (4 mornings each trip.) And yet somehow they have screwed my order up 18 times... meaning, they botched it every single time, and twice, after I learned they screwed everything up always, I checked my order, which was indeed wrong, had them fix it, and THAT came out wrong. What's my problem? I cannot consume cheese. Very bad things happen.I usually get a sandwich, or a bagel, with egg and sausage. NO CHEESE. Sometimes the No Cheese button isn't pressed and doesn't show up on my ticket, which is the fault of the register staff and sometimes it is indeed on the ticket correctly. Sometimes there is a line and it is busy. Sometimes I'm the only one there. But the result is always the same... cheese on my sandwich. ALWAYS. Without Fail. I wish I could get Vegas to take me up on this - the odds are strongly in my favor. On the last day of the most recent trip, I told the staff how horribly they always do, and was told it wouldn't happen again. And guess what? Yeah.. you guessed it. No I'm not kidding at all.So... the staff here, over two years, has remained constantly unable to operate with more than 1/4 of the brains working.A side note. I stopped at a Dunkin on Route 80 west of Stroudsburg, PA travelling from NYC and had the same problem. Maybe it's a conspiracy to push cheese on the unwilling?Stick with the donuts - that's hard to screw up.I wish I had better breakfast options in Cato Park.
