Horrible Experience! There is going to be a lot of things to write about. -Extremely dirty: floor look liked it wasn't cleaned for 2-3 days. The table, even after wiping it down, was sticky. -Waiter had a serious neck beard problem. I know this isn't a 5 star restaurant but at least he could trim his beard a bit. -As we were receiving our drinks (beer & soda) the waiter, while putting our drinks on the table, grabbed the drinks by the tops of the glasses (where out lips would go to drink). Also, my glass had some leftover pieces of food from previous users. (You could also see the oil imprint from his finger on the inside of the glass) -While placing an order for a burger, we ordered it at medium temperature. As we get our burgers, we see its a well done burger patty. We told this to the waiter but he said that all the burgers come in 1 cooking temp. (The patty was McDonald's style, extremely thin). Now, any responsible waiter would say to us that the burgers we ordered came in only 1 cooking temperature before we got the food. However, we were never informed of this while placing an order. -Burger and the fries that we ordered got to us cold. Either they had no infrared lamps or our food was sitting there for quite some time. -As we were receiving our food, the waiter put his fingers in our food to balance the weight of plate when he was handing it to us. (This wasn't just our waiter, but every waiter and waitress!) -We asked for some extra napkins and after wiping my face with one, I noticed something stunk. I smelled the napkin and I could smell mold on every single one! (We were given 10 napkins). I literally just wiped my face with mold. A few seconds later, my nostrils got irritated and I started sneezing and my nose was running. -The only "positive" that came from this was, after informing the manager of these (he didn't even introduce himself as a manager) problems, we were given $20 off the bill. Bottom Line: Would not go with 25 feet of that building ever again!

I visited this location with my wife and mother in March 2015. It was a polar opposite experience from my previous visits. We all shared an appetizer of pork pot stickers and mozzarella sticks: pot stickers tasted good, but were not properly cooked to get any browning on them at all (like we've had in the past). Mozzarella sticks were ok, but had that bitter aftertaste from dirty frying oil. My wife ordered the shrimp, then commented on how the oil used to fry it tasted "old", making it overall a little bitter. My mother wasn't that hungry, so she ordered the lobster a la carte. It was burned on the edges, completely over-cooked to the point of drying out the meat, making it difficult to remove from the shell. I ordered the bruschetta chicken pasta, and it was overly greasy, where there was far too much oil to the point of creating a film at the bottom of the plate. My chicken was burned, and hence extremely dry and tough. The waitress was very nice and helpful, even after complaining about the meal. We even overheard the group behind us complain about their appetizer. So their cooks that night were the absolute worst. Total disaster of what should have been at least a good dining out experience that night. And the insult to injury? They only comped us $8 on my pasta and $6 on the appetizer, so a $52 bill was still $38 of lousy food. No manager showed up to apologize or let us know what happened. We still ended up paying for what should have been taken off our bill. I didn't want to argue with the waitress or ask for the manager since she was so nice and apologetic, and my wife doesn't like to complain about meals.

Ants crawling all over the sticky tables, only a single server/bartender available, incredibly long wait to get a bottle of beer. ugh! My husband, myself and an out of town guest were drawn into the place on a Saturday night as a result of several TV ads for their 'bottomless appetizers' deal. We sat in the bar, and immediately found ourselves with ants crawling on our hands and around the table. What? We brushed a dozen off and bravely decided to order anyway. I know, right? We asked for water and beers while we figured out food, and waited 15 minutes before he came back and asked for food order, without the drinks. We ordered, and waited.. and waited.. and nothing still, not even water. All of this while brushing ants off our table. After 45 minutes, we gave up and went down the street to Champs. Do I need to say it? Never again here!

Every time order "to go" some how they always forget something. Little or big, they always do. Other than that the food is good for what it is. One thing they should do is have someone paying attention when someone comes in. Its great to just stand there as fridays employees look at you and not one person ask am I being helped. Takes 5 minutes for what I think was the manager to come out, stare at my oddly and ask am i here for to go? Wow.
