Amazing. Went for the first time a few weeks ago. Already looking forward to my next visit. So happy that State College has a cafe like Callao. The crepes are delicious!!
I've had the Dirtybird and the Firebird ... both were very bird, I mean good. I would definately eat here again ... and bring friends. Coffee is excellent, strong like bull!
Remarkable coffee, but definitely not a "typical" coffee shop. There's not a lot of seating. Everybody behind the counter greeted all the regulars by name, and loudly. It was like being in my family's living room at Christmas. The crepes were delicious, simple, but delicious. We were just passing through town, but we'll visit again our next time through.
Terrific coffee. Great atmosphere. Awesome food - try the Reuben - you won't be disappointed.
Best coffee in State College, but it's a pretty well-kept secret. It is small, but they normally have the staff to get me moving pretty quick. I've been a regular for more than a year, I guess, and one of the biggest surprises to me is that the staff sticks around. It's not a rotating door of new people all the time. Must be a decent place to work. I'm sure they're not getting rich doing it, but they always seem to be having fun and greet me and the other customers by name. It's like Cheers without the beer. Anyway, I get mochas, iced mochas, and their Bodacious dark roast pretty regularly, and they're really good every time.
