SUPER nice limos. I didn't even know you could get them this clean! They have a nice round curviness about them too. They are super long and you can tell that Tom really takes care of his cars. I will definitely be using these guys in the future! I had such a great time talking to Tom that I can say I have a new friend!

We used Crystal Limousine to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The staff and driver were very friendly and helped us coordinate a surprise pick-up, drive to Grand Concourse for dinner and then a stop on Mt. Washington. The driver gave us his cell phone number so that we could easily call the limo when we were ready. They were prompt with pick-up in the South Hills and the limo was clean and beautiful! Thank you for a memorable evening for our family!

Tom was a real champ in getting us set up for our New Year's Eve bash. Our driver Randy probably deserves a Nobel peace prize or something after dealing with our group. Randy got us from point A to point B with patience and style -- safely. Which is saying a lot considering the source(s) of directions he was getting! I just hope Randy doesn't get to review us :-( -- I think we were mostly ok??? Sorry after the fact if we were too obnoxious....Look forward to using Crystal in the future (if they'll have us back) but anyone else should definitely consider them for sure.

I just want to say how thoroughly impressed I am with Crystal Limousine. I researched the "good" and "bad" reviews on quite a few limousine companies in the Pittsburgh area..,and I could not be more pleased with my choice. Not only was Crystal Limousine reasonably priced, they actually made me feel like "I mattered" when it came to planning a surprise, special evening for my wife! From the first time I made contact with Tom, he responded quickly and then stayed with me every step of the way as I finalized my plans. You can tell how much pride he takes in the company and making sure his customers are happy. On the big day, Randy showed up when promised and got us to our destinations on time. He provided awesome customer service (and conversation) throughout the entire evening, especially when it came to coordinating the time and place of pick-ups and drop-offs. He really took the “logistical worries” out of the equation, so we could just simply enjoy the evening. The limousine was extremely clean and well-cared for. Whenever I need a limousine, I am definitely calling Crystal Limousine again!

I have used Tom's Limo's for a very longtime! The drivers at Crystal are professional and very respectful and earn the tips they make!! The Limo's are Clean and look fantastic!!! From the very first phone call and email everything just fell right into place, My Fiancee and I went to Mt Washington for pictures and then to the Southside of Pittsburgh for a night of fun!! The drivers opened the doors for us and helped is in everyway! They recommended some places on Carson Street!! We then finished the night off with a Milkshake Factory Milkshake for my girl!! We then went home and the driver made sure that our night will be memorable!! Thanks to Tom Reardon for everything!! Five stars is not enough!! YES I WILL BE USING CRYSTAL FOR OUR WEDDING AND MANY OTHER FUN THINGS AGAIN!
