Incredibly rude servers.How hard is it to serve a over priced sandwich with out the attitude. Managers are just as rude. Servers stand around and talk, while you look at am empty glass. You can find an over priced crappy sandwich some where else with out that attitude. Hope this helps:)
Went there last night and got some drinks with my girlfriend. I had a beer and she ordered a martini. They didn't have any martini glasses so the bartender (28 dark hair about shoulder length) poured it into an old fashioned glass. I'd say the drink was about 3 oz. Like a big shot. We both stared at it, thinking: Where is the rest. We went and drank it and talked. Finally I went to get another drink and I raised the issue with the same female bartender, snagging someone's used martini glass as reference to volume discrepancy. The bartender told me the volumes of the two glasses and I explained that she had clearly given me an under sized drink. Her response was " Well I didn't charge you for it, so I wouldn't argue with me." My first thought was, how in the heck am I supposed to know that you didn't charge me for the sip sized drink, I can't see your computer. Next, I thought it was mighty rude to be mouthing off at a paying customer. So steer clear of the above described bartender.
I've been to this restaurant a couple of times with my family and have always had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and the service is fairly quick and the food is always tasty. The best part is that the food is affordable. I would recommend this restaurant to people who are a little older to bring their family to, it avoids some of the typical college kid scene.
Have been to this restaurant several times and the service is always horrible and extremely slow. The food is even worse. Have never had a decent meal here. What a waste of a beautiful old building. Waited 45 min for drinks on a Sunday night
