I am not one to complain about my experience at a restaurant but my outing to Chili's this past Monday was awful. My fiance and I waited ten minutes to get greeted by a hostess (it was NOT at all busy) and when we were she told we could sit ourselves somewhere in the bar; this was at seven. By 7:20 no one had yet to greet us or take our drink order even though at least 5 servers passed us by at some point. But my fiance told me that we should wait another minute because maybe they were busy. When we finally got the chance to order our drinks it took another ten minutes to get them out and then the server just seemed like he didn't care. Our queso ( which we had ordered as an appetizer) came out still cold in the center and our entrees came out super late as well. We complained to the waiter but like I said, he didn't seem to care and no manager was ever present. Needless to say I will not be going back to Chili's for a while.

I won't be going back to Chili's any time soon. The service was horrendous. We had to get up two times to ask for assistance before ever being initially greeted by a server (after waiting over 15 minutes). The food was bland and too expensive for the quality. They said they were out of the desert we wanted but the waiter recommended some brownie toffee thing which was terrible. We spent $40 too much and wasted our evening here. Not an enjoyable experience, wouldn't recommend to others.

if i could give it less then 1 star i really would..we made a order to pick up i went and got it then came home and one of the orders was COMPLETELY wrong and horrible..i had to get in my car go back to chilis just to get my order right did that by the time i got back home my food was cold and completely not enjoyable so now i have to go back to get my money back..in other words they are better off having monkeys run this restaurant then the incompetent ass staff that they have now..OFF TO WASTE MORE GAS...

Wife & I went last night to see if it had improved from our last visit a year ago. First we were shown to a booth that the seats were wet & table top sticky from being just wiped down. Second we ordered buffalo bites, come on, 6 little bites about the size of grape for $9.99 never again will I order that. Then we ordered their margarita;s the glasses came out 3/4 full I felt cheated, were was the other quarter, did the waitress drink it? Did they intentionally short me so the waitress wouldn't spill my drink serving me? Then we ordered water, big mistake tasted like dish water yuck. Only thing going for chili's was the main course which was excellent. Oh wife ordered ribs, the napkins were cheap , took 5-6 just to wipe your fingers, they tore into little bits, I remember when they use to give u wet wipes when u ordered ribs, Getting cheap Chili's !!!

Food was outstanding and so was the wait staff crew I loved it
