Called to check on merchandise and because I apparently called a very busy time, I spent over 20 minutes in a que before I even spoke to a human being and I was furious when a woman named Rita came on. She was remarkable and patient and made me feel like I was the only customer Walmart hàd. Because of her exceptional service I forgot about being upset and later went to the store and purchased the items I called about. Walmart is lucky to have Rita as an employee! !!!
With the help of store manager 'Honor' my experience at this walmart was smooth as a butter. She opened a new counter for us to process our 7 carts of groceries. I will definitely visit this place again.
Melissa has a non-customer service attitude and should not be out front working with customers. She is rude and can be very disrespectful. Perhaps a job stocking in the back would best suit her so she does not have to deal with customers.
i went there for the first time after eating at hibachi and bought a computer and and a printer the computer sucks it keeps udating on me and it takes about 15mins every time and then itll re do it for 3 times in a row the guy who helped us came fast and assisted us with every thing even gave my daughter attention while helping my husband and I. I love how they are quick on they feet to help because the Walmart by my home is so not like that they don't even have a worker at the electronic section or hardware nor by the bikes etc
Poor customer service... mellissa at customer service return is very harsh on customers... they are frustrating customers to return anything
