Been to several hookah lounges and this is the only one I keep coming back too. Owner is great and the atmosphere in there is so relaxed and chill that its the best place to hang out with a few buddies of mine. Also the hookah is great there, especially the Pan Rosa flavor he carries.

Milan Hookah Lounge is the best hookah lounge in Schaumburg. I am not sure what these other haters are talking about. I am a regular customer here and the service and hookah are exceptional
