I waited on the phone for 28minutes to find out if one item is in stock... when they told me yes I went to the store and it was on display as hot new item in plain sight. I was just shocked... Worst phone service ever. Only '0' works also.

I like Target but this one can be busy with understaffed registers. I am not a fan of how the parking lot is laid out.
