Costco
Reviews

Really close to my house - so obviously this is the one I frequent. Love this place - and the lines move quickly. Always asked if I'm being helped. The produce and meat are always of the highest quality. Some folks reviewed this specific location saying it was "smaller" than the rest - which is indeed true. However, any warehouse-type store is never small! They stock plenty. I guess the only downside about Costco in general is when they discontinue products you love!

Great store, all i can say is if you need it for your home you will find it. Love the cleanliness of the store and everyone is so courteous and willing to help. Gotta have the polish and drink every time i shop.

This is a large store compared to our smaller stores, but I am writing due to a very nice man that helped me find a large purchase which was sold out in some places. He was very helpful and patient. I like the variety here, since it's larger than our local Costco. I prefer Costco to Sam's Club, it is rather a "Marshall Fields" vs. a "Sears" (Sams Club). And I was using Sams club the most until Costco came closer. They listen to feedback, they are good employers to their staff, they take returns when things don't work out, which is why I buy everything possible here to save myself time from running around. I have to say that most of the reviews here that were marked low satisfaction, were not accurate in the many years I have been shopping at Costco... so they must have some other kind of gripes. A phone support person saved me hundreds of dollars and much money in gas with the recent stocking information he helped me find at ANOTHER Costco. I give that man 10 stars, I do not know his name but he mentioned he had a 95 year old mother. Thank you, Mr. Anonymous!

I had issues with this Costco in the past, but today I just could not hold my self any longer and had to write a review. "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE". There are those sweet old ladies usually standing in between the food section aisles and trying to market different products like chips, juice, and some other cooked foods, by simply handing you a tiny paper plate with the sample of the goods... Well, today I had this elderly woman offer me chips, and they were OK, so I said they are good, but I wanted to buy other chips and really did not feel like stock piling chips at home, so I told her; "Yes, these are good but I am going to get something else!", simple as that... ...OH NO, she then waited for me to start walking away, and she started whispering loudly to other customers; "Did you hear this guy, he said he likes these chips, but he's going to get something else, oh my.., hahahahahahaha". So I simply, went back to her and told her that I do not appreciate her telling others what I said and thus trying to make fun of me to other customers. Come on, I don't pay a yearly membership to this place, and spend more than $100 every time I go there, with some times spending well over $500, and then get treated with mockery and disrespect, when I simply do not feel like purchasing a product... How disgusting is this. Of course I tried to complain at the service desk, but it kind of fell on deaf ears. I was told that they agree with me but the elderly sample handlers are not part of costco and I should go to the suggestion box and fill out one of the slips there. Only after the fact one of the employees asked me what happened and said he will talk to those women. Costco, shame on you for not providing a better service for the money.., I am starting to feel that Food4Less is the place to go, cheap, convenient and friendly.

I've been a Costco customer since they opened. In regards to other reviews, yes it is no SAM'S Club and thank goodness for that. Costco is clean and always well stocked. The staff is always very helpful and if a product is not carried all you have to do is tell a staff member, and management typically looks into it. The quality of meats is excellent and the Costco brand is top notch. I've never had a problem with returns. I also buy from their automotive dept and photo which is also top notch. If you want a great shopping experience go to Costco, if you want the typical poor quality shopping experience out there go to Walmart or SAM'S.
