Great small town breakfast experience. If you live or visit the surrounding area, you need to try out the cafe.
Months ago when we visited for breakfast there was a minor mess up on what they brought to my table and they kindly replaced with the meal I ordered then the manager came by our table to make sure we enjoyed our food and brought us a complimentary cinnamon roll.
Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was great!
I took my wife and my niece out there on Palm Sunday. The place was packed, but the wait time was only about 15 minutes or so. Both girls loved that they made the chocolate milk & it wasn't just pre-bought.
Food-wise:
I had steak & eggs. To be honest, I've never had steak & eggs that featured a coulotte, but it was medium-rare just like I ordered it.
My wife had a spinach and feta omelette. This was a very big deal because we had been looking around for places that made her favorite omelette. She absolutely loved it!
My niece had biscuits and gravy and definitely looked like she enjoyed it. She was the one that suggested that we try out the Bluebird Cafe.
All-in-all, I can definitely say this will become a fast favorite for my wife and I.
