The burgers here are phenomenal and impossibly low-priced. I wish they would open more franchises, like one in Des Moines. Why aren't you here right now?
I live right down the road from here. Have gone through the drive through a few times and the food/service has been semi-decent. Just had an incident the other day when my wife and I stopped in for a late night meal. Look out for the server named Unattae, she possibly may steal anything you leave behind. My wife left her phone on the seat and I received a security photo from my email a few hours later of this particular server attempting to get into the phone. She claimed she set the phone somewhere and someone else must have taken it. Her story didn't check out when the video footage was looked at. Her claim is still that she never took the phone. She is black and has a large scar down her nose and left side of her face. I tipped her $10 from a $14 meal, even though the food was mediocre. I even offered to buy the phone back for $100 and still, nothing. Isn't America sad? That's what happens when people from Illinois move to Iowa. No more honest people.
Terrible service- waited over 15 minutes on a slow Friday without table service. Decided to try the drive thru service where the car server informed us she had given our food away to the car before. Coke ordered was over concentrated from under mixing the syrup with water. Truly a brand wrecking experience.
Everytime I go here the service gets worse and worse. Plus the ladt time there barely any chili on my CHILI cheese dog :/
