I called on a Sunday night around 7. First red flag was my food was delivered literally in 15 minutes (I live about 2 miles away, but still. Can you say microwave...). The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was soggy and reheated. The fries were old and had no salt. Then comes the punchline... Mixed in with the cheese was a piece of a latex rubber glove, curiously shaped exactly like the cheese. It actually snapped back and hit me in the face upon first bite, no joke, like a cartoon. Should have sued. Oh well, a review will have to do.
Disappointed! Went to Bob's Your Uncle about a year ago and really enjoyed it. It must have changed owners. Food was very expensive and not much on the plate. Won't go again, sad to see it become what it has. Wouldn't visit again.
My husband just broght home a gluten free medium supreme and it is low on toppings and has a soggy crust. This is not worth $17 by any stretch of the imagination.
Don't wast your time - go to Applebee's you'll get the same food with better service - and you won't have to listen to the bus boy hit on the hostess for 30 minutes while you wait for the waitress to bring your drink and take your order. THEN listen to him hit on her while you wait 30 minutes for your food then wait 30 MORE minutes to pay. Food was decent, not great but decent - the usual. Decor is the usual. Service just plain sucked all around.
Plenty of options! Service is ok but the pizza is awesome!
