Pricey, but very good food and very friendly service.
My wife ordered something off the menu that was rung up wrong. The wrong food came out and we mentioned it but they convinced us we had received what we ordered. After we saw the ticket we realized what had happened and brought it to our servers attention who brought it to the managers attention who made amends by wiping it off our bill! My wife also got a free desert for turning a year older! Good food, good atmosphere and staff who care about making things right. Thanks!
I will also not be returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse. We waited forever to be seated and were also told they were busy when its very clear to see how busy they are or are not. We kept asking when we would be sat and they said shortly, however, they were really busy so it would be a few more minutes. (which they werent) There were ten of us dinning I understand this is a big number but they put us at a round table for all of us to fit at. They didnt have to pull tables together and get chairs etc. so again confused as to why it took so long to sit us. Then when we got our rolls before the woman left (not our waitress) we asked if we could get more considering there were 10 of us. We all want more than one piece each. Her reply and I quote "lets see how you do with these first" .....uhhh excuse me? I think we are all paying customers and if we want more bread then get us more bread. Our server was okay. She was very nice just not up to beat. We were there for a birthday dinner and wanted to try something new. Wrong choice on our part. There food was really good however from the time we got there, sat down, got our food and ate we were there for almost three hours. I understand it is a nice restaurant but come on. 3 hours??? I only rated it a two because the food was so good besides the food I would have made it a one star.
I will not be returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse, and honestly I probably won't eat at any LHSH location. We waited 40 minutes to be seated and it was not busy at all. We asked multiple time about being seated and contemplated leaving. There were 8 of us I understand, but we called ahead of time twice to let them know we were coming (since they don't take reservations.) The staff was snooty to us. When a lady dropped bread off to our table we asked for more because there were so many of us and she replied with, "we will see how it goes." When we received our food there was a steak that was not cooked correctly, and they had to put another one on. For the service we received, it was extremely overpriced and there was not much alcohol in the drinks. On our way out, my dad talked to the manager and she did not seem sympathetic to our bad experience at all. We were not offered a gift card or anything that would help to mend the situation. I know the value of a Google Review and wouldn't write one unless I felt strongly for or against a business. I think other people should consider going elsewhere as to avoid a bad experience. Luckily, the company was nice and that was the only good part of the night. Not happy and will not be returning, I'd rather go to Texas Roadhouse.
