Kohl's personnel have always been outstanding: helpful, cheerful, willing to go the "extra mile"...my husband and I shop there all the time... This evening I called needing info on a Norelco electric shaver, Ms Ysenia researched several different model numbers time after time without sounding exasperated with me. She was very pleasant, patient and very helpful... she's outstanding!! Thank you Ms. Ysenia and thank you Kohl's for always providing a great shopping experience at wonderful prices! Kohls' is okay. I only go because my mom loves everything there. It's good if your going for class that isn't going to break your wallet.
