My family and i purchased a product from this company in 2011 and to say the least, we had an unpleasant experience. I called them to make a complaint about a particular product and they said they were going to take care of it through their quality assurance department. However, the next year when we decided to purchase the product again, the same issue occurred. We made a complaint again for the same problem and that's when all hell broke loose. They claimed that you only can make ONE complaint per household. What type of underhanded act is that? They said that there were multiple complaints from one household and threatened us with committing mail fraud. Maybe if the company focused on fixing the issue with a product instead of getting upset at a consumer complaint then there would not be multiple complaints to begin with! As a citizen of this country i deserve to at least have the audacity to file a complaint hoping that it will get corrected regardless how many times; especially if they expect me to continue to be one of their routine customers. If i pay my hard earned money for something that isn't right or to my expectation then it should be handled accordingly. It shouldn't be a significant factor if it's more than one complaint or a different person complaining, it should be taken seriously if they want to extend their revenue and keep a grasp to consumers then they would do their job and make things right!!!
