Tried charging me for stuff I didn't need. I was printing stuff and they said I had to print a test page for every thing I had... Which is false.
Horrible customer service here. I brought a pre-packed and pre-labeled package to be dropped off to this location. Usually, the rep just thanks me and asks if I need a receipt. The "manager" I talked to, John, said that the packing didn't meet Fedex standards. The package was originally packed by a Fedex rep ( I simply removed the item and put the same item back in the original packing) and I told him this. He explained he would need to re-pack the package. After about 20 minutes, which made me late to my next appointment, he handed me my receipt and charged me $4.00 for opening the box in it's entirety and packing the box with additional paper, what amounted to 3-4 sheets of butcher paper. I will never go to this location again, which is a shame because I need to send packages like this 3-4 times a week for similar situations.
These people are the worst kinkos I've ever been to. Employees are rude and will go out of their way to not help you. The prices are high rediculous and nothing is ever done correctly.
This is THE WORST FedEx/Kinkos I have EVER been to. The service is PUSHY AND HORRIBLE! RUDE. OVERPRICED.
