When I look for any product I take research to an extreme level in decisioning making---the part I left out this time around was looking at the dealership research. I won’t belabor the who’s and what’s of how that experience went;however, when looking at WHO to buy a car from you will see that Ehrlich is TOPS. If you live in Colorado it’s worth the drive to Greeley--if you don’t call them anyway and buy your vehicle over the web. Wayne T. Roys is the “who" part of this review. If you want a consultant in your car search he is your guy. Patient, great knowledge, high level of education and experience---and works the numbers to make it right. Great experience---period. Bought a 2015 Pathfinder---so far so good!
What a great experience we had at Ehrlich! From the receptionist, to the sales person, sales manager, financial officer, and the parts and service folks, we were treated with respect. The friendly atmosphere combined with the pride that the employees demonstrate for the dealership and their team spirit, made buying a new Nissan "painless!" Our sales person, Sheray, and the sales manager, Mike, were professional, knowledgeable, and focused on what we needed in order to make a deal. There was no "high pressure" and they made it clear they wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. We will highly recommend Ehrlich to our family and friends.
We have now purchased 2 vehicles within the last year from Ehrlich, and never have I had a car buying experience as pleasant and easy. Brandon was absolutely phenomenal. He actually listened, found exactly what we needed, working diligently to make sure it was just right, and treated us like the most important people in the world even though we bought an older used car. It was an incredible experience, and it didn't stop at Brandon. He was our hero, and I highly recommend working with this team!!!
