Best crêpe I have had since moving to the US from France 8 years ago. The spinach brie one is a wonder of simplicity and texture contrast. Plus the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I even got to drink a pastis with them! Highly recommend it!!!
Have you tried the Lavender Rosemary Creme Brulee? So delicious that after I tried it the first time at an event I had to order 30 for a dinner party! The cafe is charming and not only is Roger a great chef but he is so hospitable and makes everyone feel so welcome. Try it out! I haven't tried the crepes yet but I hear they're fantastic!

Great place for a casual lunch. Crêpes with great flavor combinations like chicken-fontina-lavender, and good soups du jour too. A little slice of 1950s Paris right in the middle of Greeley. Very eclectic... worth a look!
