John Motshall and the Ehrlich team are a refreshing example of great customer service not just for an car dealer. They are are focused on your needs, honest and surprise you in a good way. I used to prefer buying used cars so I didn't have to do the dance with dealers and their tactics but a friend recommended Ehrlich before I bought my last truck and I couldn't be happier. They are helpful, there is zero pressure and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Everything was as expected or better and they saved me time by installing the extras I needed. My husband and I went to Ehrlich to look for a used car. We were looking for cars under $10,000 due to credit issues. Nisa was very helpful in finding us a car and putting in a credit application anyway to see if we could qualify. She was very pleasant to work with! They were able to get us approved for a 2013 car! I was very shocked. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. I think my husband and I asked Nisa 100 questions and they were all answered!!! I would recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. They give you a great chance at getting into a nice, newer car!!!

My husband and I went into Ehrlich Toyota and was blessed to have MJ (Matt Eberle) help us pick out a vehicle with 3rd row seating for our baby #3 on the way. Our credit is not great, whatsoever, however we were able to get financed for a used 2009 Toyota Highlander that is in EXCELLENT shape and only had one owner that went to the dealership for all maintenance. This was truly the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had.
