Five stars for the venue, one star for the drink minimum. This was the first time I've ever been to a comedy club. I thought the venue was good. Simple with decent seats. I went to see the Filipino Kingz of Comedy and had a great time with my friends. I'm not digging the 2 drink minimum though. I know that many entertainment venues do that, but the prices are outrageous! The cocktails ranged from $10 to $13, and the drinks were severely watered down. One of my friends ordered an ADMF, and it tasted like a slushie. I suppose that you're not supposed to taste the alcohol, but I sure didn't feel it. My sweet tea and "Smashing Pumpkin" were ok.. My roommate ordered the sweet potato fries, which were surprisingly good! I paid $12.50 for my ticket on Goldstar, but I know I'd really be in the hole if I paid full price because of the drink minimum. I'll definitely come back for specific acts, but will probably pre-party and just order soda next time.

This is not my favorite comedy club, but it is decent. You don't have a choice when you want to see certain performers though. The service is hit-or-miss. We have been ignored the entire time and never got to order food since we never saw our server. I guess they didn't care about the two-drink minimum either. Another time, we ordered food immediately, but it was incredibly bland. We had some garlic fries where it seemed like a few fries had some garlic thrown on. On a third visit, the people next to us ordered the garlic fries and you could smell all the garlic. Not too much consistency there! Besides that first time, the wait staff has been more attentive. I don't go to this place for the food or drinks, but it is nice to be aware that you don't really want to eat here. Just enjoy the comedy instead.

This is an awesome place to catch some real quality stand up performances in an intimate setting. I was really impressed with the food here too. Well above the standard I was expecting for a comedy club!

Just not sure about this place! I just don't understand why my wife and I are always seated in the very back of the club every time! Over the past 3 years we have seen over 12 shows and again every time we are seated in the back of this club! We get their have tickets in hand and it has ben times were this club was not close to being full and they walk us to the back of the club and what I mean is the last row right by the bar, It can be seats in the middle and on the side, and every time we are put in the back, We are just like everyone else we are two hard working people that pay money to come to this place and have a good time and the show is great Its just The people that seat you! We have ask to see a manager and every time no one has ever came over to speak to us! We have wrote letters to this place and called and no one has never got back to us! I hate to think Its because I AM A BLACK MAN AND MY WIFE IS ALSO BLACK. I don't want to think like that but maybe that is the way it is at this place!! I will give this place one more try this Friday, have tickets to see DEON COLE, and we will get their early like we always do. will see what happens!!

If you buy food here expect to also buy 2 drinks... Absolutely crazy. Appetizer $9 Drink (soda) $5 And they will say you have to get ANOTHER drink. Every comedy club I have been to as a 2 ITEM minimum. I brought 15 people with me and they won't be back.
