1st and last experience.. Decided to stop by and take my dinner home with me. This was the worst mistake ever!!! I was sitting there for over an HOUR AND HALF waiting for my food. I had to insist, where was my dinner? After being given an excuse that it was just now getting bagged, I waited another HALF HOUR!!! Their excuse was that they were training two new employees. THIS does NOT excuse the KITCHEN staff for losing my order, OR that they put entirely too much GARLIC in their salsa.. Tastes like tomato paste, crushed red peppers and garlic.. Now I'm sitting up with HEARTBURN from my meal.. Oh, and there is some "really old guy" running the bar.. was it the owner? looks like he had the run of the place, but didn't put any time and effort into training his staff.. How about shadowing other experienced people, and there were at least 3 bus boys walking around doing NOTHING.. Over staffed, and no work being done... i'll never go back..

this was the worst place i have been to in a long time ,, the staff was horrid,, the food was awful ,, service took over 2 and half hrs to be seated and eat, the food tasted like it came from straight from the freezer, waitresses and waiters ,, sat playing in the door way to the kitchen and not doing their job ,, while patrons sat waiting to have their orders to be taken , or be served,, staff using bad language while standing next to patrons,, sitting at tables chatting while customers waited for their orders,, my son ordered a hamburger,, he got a hamburger on a bun ,,, no lettuce no ketchup no tomatoe,, no nothing ,, it was sad ,, i wouldnt even let my dog go there to be served ,, the place was dirty,, the owner him self made no excuses for his employees,, but offered a 50 percent discount,, next time we went,, ohh and one other thing,, we didnt leave the waitress a tip,, for bad service,, so as we were walking to our vehicle ,, she comes out screaming "DONT COME BACK" very unprofessional, while the owner stood there and herd her,, shame shame shame,," bad ownership and bad management to boot , not to mention the waiters and waitress,, uniforms were filthy... let me know if you need an experienced mannager to run your restraunt,, obvious you can not as the owner, very poor staffed with un experienced children

Candy, was so very accommodating, and helpful. Being a vegetarian, and loving Mexican food makes ordering an Enchilada a challenge. She and the cooks made me a delicious enchilada loaded with veggies. The decor is so pretty and colourful, the young male servers are friendly and attentive, I can't wait to go back for some more. Terrible service. We were a party of 10, took 1 hour to seat us and another 45 minutes to get our order. A couple of our orders were wrong and the food was cold. This is not the first time it has happened but it will certainly be the last since I will not step in that place again.When Elviras was Elviras (the tiny little place in the corner) it was good food and fast service.

Terrible experience! I ordered a regular burrito from the menu that was only supposed to have beans and cheese according to the description on the menu. When it came, it had steak inside the burrito. I am a vegetarian so I couldn't eat this. I also wouldn't have ordered it if I had known there was meat in the burrito. I asked the waiter if I could have it without the meat; the manager refused to take the meat burrito off the bill and said I would have to pay for both. Horrible service, if they make a mistake on your order just know you will have to pay for not only what was wrong but for a new dish if they make it correctly for you. I will not ever be returning to this low class establishment and will never recommend it!
