Just a bunch of teens messing around not really paying attention to customers. And one of the employees had music playing on their phone. The employees were also using foul language. I'm very satisfied.
I go to this Dunkin pretty much every morning before work. The staff is nice and the coffee's good. My only complaint is recently the donut I get every morning has been stale the past 3 times I've gotten it. Very disappointing. I haven't been back in a week or so because of this.
Coffee is not as good as Dunkin Donuts back east and variety of donuts & muffins is quite limited as well. In my original home state of CT Dunkin Donuts was a daily stop for me. I was excited to finally have one near me here but it has been a big disappointment.
Took forever, got my order wrong, and they even forgot to take my money....
