Sadly, this location's service has deteriorated rapidly. From ridiculously slow lines, to not having beans to make latte's on a Monday morning..to then being asked to pay the wrong amount, to finally being handed a hastily poured coffee with coffee running down the sides..I will no longer be going to this location.
The food and coffee was fine but the workers were incredibly rude. I was the only person at the counter, there were only four others in the entire store and they were sitting at a table, yet apparently taking my order was quite a burden to the young lady behind the counter as she sighed heavily and walked over to me giving an angry stare. I've never been to dunkin before and was trying to look at the menu but guess making the young lady wait 30 seconds was a terrible crime on my part. Things got even better after my order was placed, although I was the only customer actually at the counter my food was basically thrown across the counter, I gathered the bags and left only to realize I wasn't given one of my items. I walked back in, I had only made it to my car, and asked about the missing item where the young lady pointed across the front of the store and rudely tells me "go over there". My food is sitting in a crumbled bag on the other side of the store, as if I was supposed to magically know it was there the whole time. This was the first and only time I will ever visit a dunking donuts.
They are always out of everything! I've been here 5 or 6 times and they never have anything!

Horrible location...antifreeze ingredients in the food...poor customer service by everyone who works there...even the district manager has no clue how to run a Dunkin Donuts.
