I have taken my family here before, they love it and the service is always great. The last time it was for a Daddy/Daughter date night and the servers were very sweet to my daughters.They went above and beyond and made the night special.
Drinks to took forever. Had to ask for refills and when we got them they were wrong. Appetizers were alright. Then it took a long time to get our entrées considering there was only 6 tables and 3 servers there. Then manager walked by couldn't even tell he was a manager by the way he dressed. Just overall not satisfied with them. Will not be eating there again.
The food was pretty good but the waitress did not seem like she liked us being there. My issue with the place was there was food and trash all over the kitchen. Everyone working there (including the manager) was just walking around it or standing in it. This was at 9:30pm on saturday night. They were not very busy. I told the manager about it and he did not seem like he cared. I won't go back to that one ever again. I was disgusted with the look of it.
Service was par, okay but not fantastic. I've had to wait for drinks for quite a while before, Food has always been good, never have I been disappointed, or couldn't enjoy my meal, and the decor is nice, and fitting.
Waiter was too busy watching tv to deliver drinks, waited 14mins for our drinks, then refills took longer. food was good, but service was bad. I left a 17 cent tip. Maybe he will get the point. This was the first time eating at a chiles in over 5 years and probably wont for another 5 yrs if ever again.
