DISGUSTING SERVICE! Went here twice and both times we were treated like shit towards the end of the night. There is one blonde waitress, who is on the taller side, that just DOESN'T KNOW how to treat customers. Both times, we gave them good business by continually buying drinks and tipping the servers well. However, we STILL get treated like shit! Not that I ever like to play this card, especially because it is the 2015, however, I feel we were treated the way we were because of the colour of our skin. As we were being forced out of the venue, we still saw others being able to stay and hang out by the bar. DISGUSTING! Makes us as a whole look like we can't handle ourselves (which we are fully capable of doing). Suggestions for the manager(s) at William's Landing: - Change your training programs because evidently customer service wasn't taught - Hire a mixed staff, maybe then your bar tenders/servers will appreciate diversity - Appreciate the business you get every night, because one or two bad experiences can make a big impact on future business (take this one for example)

PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO! By far the worst Restaurant / Bar I’ve ever been too. The food was beyond disgusting, I had a soup and it tasted like Cardboard would if soaked in room temperature water, it wasn’t even hot! The staff was rude and disrespectful. They had no manners or customer service skills at all. I will never, I repeat never go back here again. If you are looking for a place to be treated poorly and given the worst food imaginable, this is the spot.

Burgers are great, food is good ,restaurant setting is very modern with plenty of space. Customer service was wonderful .

Went here for drinks with a bunch of friends. Service is decent. Excellent patio. Ladies complained that the music was a bit too loud, but good atmosphere overall.

This place is terrible!....bad management, and Door staff that think they are something special. My girlfriends, and I were treated well but witnessed some deplorable behaviour towards other patrons!. One woman was man-handled and kicked out after she complained about a reservation they did not honor- she had aprox. 12 friends with her and had confirmed that day (so she said). I get her frustration. I will never go back and support any establishment like this!.
