After they took my ticket inside the second group of security told me to show them a ticket again, went back to the first security who took my ticket the guy says he doesn't remember me, so i am standing like an idiot for 30 or 40 minutes trying to find the email from the website stating that i paid for the ticket. After finding the email and showing it to them they tell me that they need the bar code for the ticket. Finally the security guy tells me to follow him takes me outside and tells me to wait there. I paid for the ticket and he told me " Well you're shit out of luck dude. Beat it " Should've known this place would be shitty based on 1.7 rating; I thought it's probably just a bunch of bs. Well their loss I had $6K to blow and they kicked me out. :D Thanks for saving me money guys!

To whom it may concern: If you have any proof of any kind of bribe.. Please let it out. If not **** *** **** **. .. And leave the owner of this place and his personal life alone. Good day,

If you're Asian, you are not welcomed in this establishment. I was part of a Bachelorette party this weekend. I went to the ladies room upon entering the club by myself. After leaving the ladies room to find my friends, I was escorted out of the club for no reason. I was not stumbling, I hadn't even gone to get a drink from the bar. I was told by security that her supervisor told her I needed to be checked by their medics. After the rest of the Bachelorette party (including the bride) came to speak to the security team, they finally let me stay. At the end of the night, they also lost a few coats until the manager stepped in to help find them. This club is known to make people wait in line unless you're White. As someone who goes to bars/clubs at least once a week, this is sad excuse for a nightclub. I will keep my money and spend it in King West and at Cabana.

This place is advertised "Drake After Party" & charged $60 cover for Drake to show up at 2 am and talk for 3 minutes and then kick everyone out. What a waste of money and time, absolutely the worst false advertising ever. Night clubs like this should be shut down for shady business practices. On top of that I witnessed a bouncer steal a patrons $100 dollar bill when he dropped it and then deny he took it. Like what kind of people does this place hire. I am definitely going to complain to the city about this place. There is no place to sit, you must spend money and book a cabana if you want to sit, like what establishment does that...A GREEDY ONE. Avoid this place at all cost's go to Cabana or Thomson Hotel if you want the pool vibe.

Mature cool crowd. Service is great! Ambience is amazing! Some people complain that the bouncers are jerks but yes they have to be to people who are dressed like bums.
