This place needs to change their business model. People go to a shisha bar to relax and have good conversation. I kid you not, this place will give you two free coals with each shisha, one at a time (You have to go up to the counter to get the other one, since the server will never come by). I asked the server for a third one, after about 30 minutes. The reply? "We only give two coals per hookah." I asked how much it would cost for more coals, and I was told that I had to get a new hookah entirely, for the full price. Basically, the shisha costs $36 an hour at this rate ($18 for a shisha and two coals). The service is non-existant, even though there were only two other groups of people there. The server is waiting at the bar, even though I didn't see anyone at the bar. The shisha is herbal, not tobacco, and the taste is weak. There are other places in the city that will have shisha for $12-14, where you can sit for hours, so you would expect to be well-served in this place. Sadly, this was not true. All in all, I liked the decor and the atmosphere, even though they need to have playlists on their iPod, rather than 3 minute songs that are followed by long pauses. Would not recommend this place at all, but if you happen to like drinking over-priced beer among pillows in a shisha lounge, this would be good for that.

The manager is a sexual predator and sexually harasses all of his female staff. Thats why the staff has such a high turn around. He drinks at work (for free) so the end of his shift he is absolutely wasted. He holds the female staff randsome at the end of their shift by not cashing them out so he can keep them there as he drunkenly rambles on about his sad life. Most of these women are at least 15 years younger than him. He is persistant and isn't held accountable to his actions as he is friends with the owner. The staff are paid strickly in cash so everything is under the table and he often rips staff off by not tipping them out. IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR WOMEN, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINES

The food and cocktails are fantastic and decently priced: simple, filling, without being pub-grub or tex-mex - its uses ingredients like rose water, nuts, fruits, and ginger instead. When it is not crowded, this place has the best people watching. The sheesha means that people are gregarious and animated and yet relaxed at the same time! There are many individual nooks, which are not so private that you cannot see the people inside, giving just the right amount of privacy

Great atmosphere and music. Definitaley will go again.
