Worst experience ever. I went in looking for a second hand car, I test drove a aurius and at the end of the test drive I told the sales guy (Jack) that I liked the car but I wanted to try some different cars before I decide to buy. Then he tried to convince me to buy and when I said no, not today, he asked me to go in the showroom because the sales manager likes to say good-bye to customers. So I followed him we sat down he was then "just" putting my details on the computer and out of the blue returned with a contract to purchase a vehicle and told me to sign it!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I said what is going on I told you i not buying a car today, so he got his manager (Brad) and they started both to convince me to buy the car, they wouldn't listen to me, they argued with me, the whole situation felt very hostile, they were arrogant, wouldn't let me go , I had to just say I'm going now.

We were offered a capped pricing service when we purchased our Toyota Prado from Toyota Scarboro, however every time we have taken it in for a service it never came back with a wash & vacuum which is also offered. After several complaints they issued us with a voucher to have it done, next time we put the car in for a service along with the voucher, still no wash or vacuum. We have just come back from our 5th capped pricing service and was slugged an extra $250 for the service, this was due to a blocked fuel filter. We were expecting at least a phone call from the service department to let us know of the extra issues they had found, but failed miserably to even pick up a phone to inform us and just went ahead with the extra work and slugged us for it. After a complaint to the service department that we NEVER asked them to carry out the extra work they just fobbed him off with no explanation. We WILL NOT be returning to any other Toyota Dealership for any other services even though we still have one remaining capped price service.

We bought a brad new car from them recently, which i am really disappointed, we got a quote for 22,000 $ and trust them to sign about 50 pages in 2 minutes, at home i realize that it is 27,000 $, they told us many lies, do not trust them.
