The service is fine but the food is overpriced the beef burger patty was very dry and didn't automatically come with fries (for 16 dollars i thought it would) but no so we paid another 6 dollars for a side of fries that were shoestring fries. We also had a portion of sweet potato fries which were nice and the portions were big enough but my main complaint is the exceptional averageness of my burger and the dispropotional price tag. Probably a better place for just a drink and some snacks than dinner.
Shared a seafood plate and two small salads, and the food was tasty. Even had table service which was a really nice bonus for the likes of Perth. Batter on the platter was a bit too salty, but overall a good meal.
Four stars only because they got rid of The Brownie from the dessert menu. The donut combo, not so good although the rhubarb was tasty. Bring Back The Brownie!!!
Great joint for a coffee or drink. They have a good collection of craft beers along with the standard ones. Plus food is brilliant.
Is a Highgate fave Friend thought hipster? Not really It is near Lawley
