Each time I have purchased a new car through Steve York and he couldn't be more helpful, he goes above and beyond what any sales person would do. He is not pushy and knows what he is talking about. Finance was organised through Ellis, and he also is a pleasure to deal with. The change over of my personal plates, and the trade in on my old car was all done in the same afternoon also. I was given a fantastic price and everything was organised quickly and they were both willing to answer all my question, even stupid ones! Having shopped around for a new Holden Captiva at the various Holden dealerships, Steve York was the most helpful sales rep i came across by far. He did everything he could to provide me with the best deal possible and the whole process was very smooth without having to play any silly games which i've experienced in the past. Very genuine and straight forward. I would not hesitate in working with this dealership again, they were very professional and their aftersales servicing is excellent too giving me that extra piece of mind if anything was to go wrong with the vehicle. Holden has the cheapest price and quality for me. I has been a lot of other car sale shops, like Mazda, ford, kia, toyota, honda...... but the most best price and comfortable one is the holden. the reason for me to choose the north city holden is caused it has the most convenience transport so that I am no need to worried about my car service in the later time. last but not least, I am from China but I still choose the Holden caused its well quality, good service and the comfortable seat! I bought a Trax!
