In my resent dealings with Bunnings I find there customer service and assistance to be below average and at time just plan rude, They sell large ticket items to which they have no back up parts or services for, but quite happy to take your money. I recently bought a Maculloch mower cart for $1500 6 months down the track I need a blade and can not get one any where and all the people that I have tried to get one of say they do not deal with them because they cant get parts and there is no back up for them. If I had been told this at the time of purchase it would still be There store. It is the same with the homelite brand they carry beware customers there is no back up or customer service.
Average. The few times we asks for help the people never bothered being much help. Ha better things to do ie gossip while I waited to be served. However the counter staff at the very front were friendly and always greeted on the way in with a big smile.
When you buy a product from Bunnings be careful that they are sell you the correct items. I had a friend that bought water based paint and was sold enamel thinners for it and I tried to buy a Straight braid nail gun and was sold an angle braid gun with straight braid nails.
