People are nice, pie could've had some more sauce in it as it was a little dry. The beef burger was very good although the beef was a little tough. We also had some beer battered fries which were good but the aioli could've been better.
We placed a large group order and they forgot to put 1 of the meals in the bag(honest mistake). On arriving back at work we called to inform them of the error. What happened next is why this place is so great! We work around 10 mins away but go here because it is so good. Not only did they apologize and offer a full refund. They jumped in a car and delivered the food to us.........with a refund(which i tried to give back but they wouldn't accept). But to top it off they included some extra muffins to say sorry.....again! Great work guys and always a pleasure to eat there. A true example of how to run your business with respect, courtesy and professionalism.
Great food and coffee. Had the Eggs Florentine; the hollandaise sauce was just the right consistency, and the relish alongside was fantastic. The eggs were *just* a bit runny, without being overly so. Latte alongside was fantastic, too. Managed to try a few bites of their french toast—very different from homemade (more like a soft pretzel)—and loved it. Would definitely visit again.
