Reviews
They have no respect for minorities or color people, especially the managers are very rude don’t value their customer. I will never go back to the RAM and I will not recommend anyone to go there until they value all customer equally.
Today, I was asked to leave the RAM because of a disagreement with the Manager on Duty. We had a lengthy argument, after I requested that the Philadelphia Eagles game be turned on in the bar. This is the first time I've ever been kicked out of a restaurant. I'm seriously amazed at how unwilling the MOD and bartenders were to help me. Because of this experience, I would definitely discourage anybody from dining at The RAM.
Got the wrong fries with our burger, which were taken away and the ones ordered never brought to our table. Asked the manager about it for a refund and was told nothing could be taken off the bill since fries are part of the burger package. Bottom line was too bad. Wouldn't go back poor service.
Came for burgers, and left happy. Mouth watering delicous real beef burgers. Chicken and turkey burger substitution available. Will return next time im in town.
Love the burgers and the beer. Good place to stop with the family. Get the home made chips better than the fries.
