This is not the first time I have had horrible service from this location. This time we waited for 10 min to be greated after being seated. Once we were finally greated we put in my families dinner order, my wife and I's drinks as well as an appetizer. The family that was seated next to us also waited about 5 min to be greated after being seated and while waiting, decided to try and light the outdoor heater them selves. Meanwhile the server came out to clarify my daughters order as well as I put in my order. A few min later my daughters order arrived, deliver by someone else and wrong. When I tried to tell himit was wrong and we had not even received any drinks he threw his arms in the air and walked away leaving us with uncompleted dish. While this was happening the family next to us had already received thier drinks, appetizers while we were left with no drinks and a dish that we weren't sure was ours. When the server returned she gave us an excuse, delivered my wife's dinner, our appetizer, drinks and a side dish we had to tear up and add to or daughters meal ourselves. . . also still missing my meal. As my meal finally showed up everyone was finishing up. I told them to box it up and that we were leaving. They did comp my meal but never once did they check on us, check on our satisfaction of our food or delivered anything on time, not even a hello. All we got literally was a sorry for the horrible service, as they delivered the check. I have never written a review before but this was the 3rd bad experience at this same location with the same manager apologizing or not apologizing each time. We have enjoyed the chain but this location is a joke that we refuse to be the butt of anymore.

Dinner salad had brown lettuce and was wet and soggy. Spaghetti pasta was over cooked. We had to ask four times to get bread. Lime Margaretta was great.

Was seated at my table only to be ignored by my server. After 10 minutes, I gave up waiting and left. The guy who seated me (just 10 minutes earlier!!) wished me a good evening. After telling him why I was leaving, there was no apology of any sort. It was my first, and last time to a California Pizza Kitchen.

Delicious food, with great portions and great selection. Who knew pizza could be so different? The spicy chipotle, Jamaican jerk, mushroom and barbeque are all fantastic. The salads are some of my favorites, especially the Thai. The service has also always been excellent, the place is quiet, clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. The food might be too different for many kids, but a group of adults open to sharing would have fun.

I am a regular at CPKThe employes usually know what I want when I call for a take-out order. Last friday, I went to the Northgate CPK with my family including my two sons. The person who served us is someone I have never seen there before. He messed up our order. I had ordered a vegie piza without the cheese. He brought a california club piza. When I told him that hat was not my order, he told me that even if I ordered a vegie piza orally, my fingure was pointing to the california club. I told him to take the piza away and get the right piza I ordered. He took the piza away and and came with the right order. However, not only he rushed us to finish and leave the restaurant in 7 or so minutes, he also charged me for the wrong order. We were very disapointed with a restaurant that we frequnted for years. I don't think if we will be back to CPK again. James
