Best steak of anywhere!! Shoemakers is good, Neighbors place is ok, but my choice is Benjamin's hands down!! Great service, great environment, and great food what more can you ask for. And if you are one to complain about the waiting, make a reservation!!
It's an inviting little place with a friendly staff. I had the Hoof & Claw plate. The steak was perfect. When the cook can make the center of thick, juicy, rare steak warm, he knows what he's doing. The steak and crab cake was delicious! Their specialty salads are wonderful too. Plus, don't forget the dessert, the banana-pudding cake was also delicious!
Awesome establishment. Ben and his staff exceed expectations every time I dine there. They are never afraid to go outside the box with their food. Their blackened ribeye is amazing. Service is great and the desserts are the best in the Burg. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
The food and service were both fantastic! The atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our visit. Definitely save room to splurge on a dessert, they are all homemade and delicious!! I would recommend to friends and family for a great lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch experience. I heard they often have bands on weekend nights and are available for catering and events. I will be back soon, and often!!!
Especially enjoyed the atmosphere of the outdoor deck and live music in the summer. The service has been excellent with servers gladly offering insight into food selections for some dietary restrictions. A good variety of good food!
