A lot of changes in a year , for the better of course, still sort of a bar vibe after 9, but during the day and afternoon its a softer classy "lounging vibe" definitely a wonderful place to chill before or after work/school, delicious wine and exciting Ethiopian cuisine, and a nice fluid lay out, I enjoyed my self with a glass of pinot black and a hookah after work or after dark when the music is pumping and the strobes are flashing, it has the bar in the middle and a restaurant table setting on one side andthe "lounge is one the other.
Electro-hiphop-ish. Expensive. Compared to VA beach/Hampton roads ...the atmosphere is sub-par. The owners are great & friendly. However, there is a door charge on too of hookah. Again, it is more of a club atmosphere, rather than a chill and smoke. 3 heads per hookah. Eh...buy your own.
Such a great place to hangout with friends. Hokka is great and the prices are nice too. Music is also great and pretty much for every type of person not just one genre playing. Great place to dance also nice and spacious
While a bit expensive (taking advantage of the lack of other hookah bars 'round), this place offers a large selection of flavors in two different brands of shisha. There are two sections of the room devoted to couches and pillows while the rest of the lounge has small tables. You're not allowed to bring any food or drink in, but they do offer plenty of hot and cold drinks to choose from. The best part...BUBBLES.
