Starbucks
Reviews

I never take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure this Starbucks gets the review it deserves, which is a great one! My family and I recently stayed in St. George for a week-long family vacation while we explored Zion Canyon. Being from Seattle, we, of course, could not forsake our daily ritual of morning Starbucks and hunted down the closest one to where we were staying. We must have visited this location 5 times in the 6 days we were there and every time we walked in, the baristas really made my family and I feel welcome and that you were important customers to them- which is exactly how every customer should feel when they come to Starbucks. I especially appreciated the fact that my drink was made perfectly every single time I ordered it (being a Starbucks barista myself, I am extremely critical of this when I visit other stores). Thank you, team, for really showing what Starbucks is all about.

The staff is friendly! The coffee is good! BUT the service is SLOW!!!! I am a loyal StarBucks customer. I have visited several locations. I have never experienced such SLOW service. This location needs more help. OR we need another StarBucks to alleviate some of the congestion!!

This store has by far the worst service I have ever had at any Starbucks I've ever gone to!! I've frequented this particular store multiple times, and every single time, regardless of how busy they are, my drinks take at least twice if not three times longer than every other Starbucks I've ever gone to. Last Saturday, I counted 14 people ahead of me when I stepped into the store. It took me 26 minutes to get through the line. 26 minutes!! I'm not exaggerating! There were even 7 employees working on drinks. This Starbucks consistently remains the slowest service I have ever had at a coffee shop, bar none.

Independent Coffee Says Yes to Starbucks. I've worked at starbucks, I've worked at too many other coffee shops to count, I've built my Coffee shop from the ground up, fixed & sold equipment to hundreds of stores. I hated Starbucks - mainly because I was a "local home-grown" coffee shop patron, but now -WHAT DOES IT MATTER; I like coffee be it brilliantly made and grown or mucky brown water; but the people are the point of a coffee shop ans alwaya have been. Linda & Seth and everyone else there is kind, quick and happy to serve me my favorite legal addictive stimulant; without which I wouldn’t, couldn't, make it through the day. Aa far as local shops, yeah I still go, and ever since Starbucks started giving them a run for their customers their product has only improved, its a win win for me.

There wasn't a lot if customers and yet there were five employees and I've never had a slower made latte that, even after the wait, had burnt shots. Only went here cause the others in town were closed.
