Good mocha, good service.
However, this place is NOT at 1189 S. River Road. It's on NW corner of S. River Rd and 700 Road, about four blocks north on River Road from the listed address. Google's address and map location are both wrong.
Perks by far has the best coffee in southern Utah! I love that I can order a latte without favoring to make it taste great. The guys and girls that work here are nice and friendly everytime I hit the drive thru. I used to drink Starbucks but after trying perks once, I am a loyal customer! Yummy!
Bought a drink and one of there reusable cups, cost me over 13 dollars and was given a broken one so asked if I could get one that wasn't broken. At first she acted like she wasn't going to replace it and then said she would. The replacement she gave me was the display that had been sitting outside, is scratched and dirty.
