I love Swig. I have been a very loyal customer for a while now. I go almost every day because I love their drinks, but can I just say that I am really upset at the fact that prices have been raised. I loved Swig because I could get a delicious drink for cheap. . . Now the prices are almost a dollar more and it is almost not worth it, I'd rather just go to the gas station and get a regular drink for two dollars less. I don't understand why this happened, but I wish it would go back to being the original prices. I still love you Swig, but you are breaking my heart. . . and my wallet.
The service is wonderful, everyone is so nice and they know my order! It always tastes perfect and it's such a great place to hang out with friends and family. Thanks for having great service!! For being fast and having great prices! Keep it up (:
I study at Dixie State University and I am a devoted customer. I love the variety this place has and the amount of flavoring they put in the drinks. It tastes completely different afterwards. They have these donuts that are far better than any Walmart, Albertsons or Harmons donuts.
I am not a first time customer, I've had a few other experiences at Swig. Usually the girls who work here are too preoccupied with whatever else is going on to be concerned with being polite, or having good customer service. Usually we leave wishing we had gone somewhere else. We decided we'd give it one more try tonight and we were pleasantly surprised that the girl who took our order was very courteous and polite. I hope this means improvement for Swig. I'm from Cedar City and we always go to Soda Run and have never had a problem. The owners are awesome and the girls who work there are always chatty and kind. Swig could take a page from there book.
Overpriced and under served. We found issue with not only the high prices, but also the service. When our order had been made incorrectly twice, we wanted to speak to a manager. I believe Trina or Tina was her name. She was not only disinterested, she was rude and proved to be incompetent. This type of service is completely at odds with any other drink shop I have ever ordered from where it is common to treat the customer respectfully. We will never visit here again.
