Wendy's never disappoints, and this location was no exception. It's my go to for late night cravings.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with combo. They gave me a chicken patty that was at least an hour old (tough, dry), and a cup that was 3/4 full of ice. Drive-thru speaker/microphone is terrible, was put on hold when we first pulled up, and then the worker was unable to hear orders, "no" for "milk" and swapping "spicy chicken combo" for "caramel frosty shake", needed to repeat things multiple times.
Waited in line for about 15 minutes even though there was only one person in front of me. Ceiling is falling apart and flies are everywhere. Also fake chicken.
Had Chili yesterday and the server (Young Man) said they no longer have the Hot Chili Sauce. Guess we need to pack our own condiments when you go to Wendy's .. Previous post of Fake Chicken and now no Hot Sauce. Next be no Napkins (no longer needed, the hamburgers have not been juicy in years!).
We went to this Wendy's and asked them for a chicken wrap. When we got it it was something nasty with like super fake chicken (faker than it normally is). When we called them on it they said and I quote "We don't have any real chicken". We told the Drive Thru girl we weren't happy and all she said was "Have a good day". Remember, "they don't have any real chicken". False Advertising!
