Jimmy John's, known for their delivery. They will deliver to the Traverse Mountain Outlets, but they wont deliver to anyone that lives ON Traverse Mountain. I literally can walk to where their limit is. I don't understand this logic. They will drive the distance, but draw the line for residents? Thats a huge customer base you lose by doing that.
This Lehi/Highland location gives the whole franchise a bad name. Slow. Dirty. And the sandwich quality is noticeably worse than any other store.
I go pretty regularly. Love their subs and the staff is always super friendly. Guess that regularity doesn't go unnoticed either because they gave me my order on the house today. Definitely made my day better!
At the Lehi UT location they are very tight with napkins. They don't give them out, and if you ask they give you 1. You ask for more and they complain and say the Manager doesn't like to give them out. I avoid this JJ and hit up the one 6 minutes away in American Fork. They treat you like a customer there.
you would think a sandwich shop would give you a choice of cheese i called in to order and was told they do not have cheddar or swiss cheese,what kind of sandwich does not offer you a choice of cheese i want it my way
