Last night me, my husband, and my dad took five kids to eat at the Draper Applebees because we had coupons for free kids meals. We were seated at 6:55, already late for kids to eat dinner, and at 7:50 had not yet received our food. Our waitress kept saying she would see what the hold up was, but never came back with anything to say. My husband threatened to leave if our food didn't arrive by 7:55, and it finally did. We should have just got up and left but the kids were so hungry that I just kept hoping the food would show up any minute to save us from having to drive somewhere else to find dinner. When our food did arrive, 2 of the 4 adult meals came, and 4 of the 5 kids meals came. 10 minutes later, the other 3 meals had not yet arrived so we asked to have them boxed to take home. I realize that we should have just got up and left earlier but we just wanted our food so we could get out of there, and not have to find somewhere else to eat. I talked to the restaurant manager and he had very little to say other than "it's busy in the kitchen." He didn't even seem very apologetic. When I mentioned it to my friends today, 3 of them said they have had similar experiences and will no longer go to that location, or any other for that matter. No wonder there are coupons for free kids meals, it's one of the only ways to get people into the restaurant.

My tip was changed from what I signed for. Never eat here. The food was ok, but the service was terrible.

What a terrible place this was! I ate here because of the new menu, and ended up getting food poisoning from their shrimp. The reason I know it was the shrimp is because my girlfriend took a bite of only the shrimp, and she only got slightly sick. I tried all of her food. This is how we know it was Applebee's. So we thought we would let them know about their little mistake.... They denied it....... So not only do they not care about the customer, you'll get sick off of their food, and end up missing thanksgiving like i did.

I have never been to applebees before this time so I was skeptical, however everything was good.. I ordered the spinich artichoke appetizer which was really good and serving size was of good portion. My friend that came with me ordered the twisted potatoes appetizer which was huge... as far as the actual meal I have never had such a wonderful philly cheese steak sandwhich it was really big and full of meat all in all great portion sizes. If you leave this place hungry then you didnt order anything. And the waitress was friendly and attentive.. wonderful place and I would come back

Disappointing. The service was extremely slow, the streak was under cooked, boneless wings had bones, and drink refills were non-existent. The manager never came by the table. The food tasted ok, which was the only saving grace.
